What we collect
If you request a trial, we collect the institution name, country, optional address, and the nominated administrator's name, work email, and phone, plus the plan you selected. We use that information only to contact you and to provision an isolated tenant.
What we do not collect here
This public site does not collect borrower data, loan books, or production credentials. The live platform at app.farndacred.africa is a separate system with its own access controls.
Retention
Trial requests are kept for as long as needed to complete onboarding or to respond to your enquiry. You can ask us to delete a request that has not yet been provisioned.
